Looks much better.
While you had it out did you check the heater element?
They seem to go bad in the point where they go in-between
the cushion and get pinched. I have had to do both of
my seats. Got to love the hog rings.

Nice work OP!!!

Now if I could do this to my Lariat seats in my XL superduty and magically make them Blue..

Blue XL interior and BROWN leather doesn't go well together, but man o man are they comfy.

Unfortunately I don't have heated seats, so no problems with wires.

Would of been a good time to add the heat.
I was surprised at the no hog rings. I take that they
are aftermarket. They look much better than your old ones for sure.

I got the cover from The Seat Shop in Texas, bought it online for 190 bucks. Fit perfect

Yes heated seats would be nice but I didn't wanna spend anymore money. Haha. They are aftermarket covers but built exactly like the old cover. I've covered a few of the newer Ford seats and many had the velcro for the seating area and plastic clips for under the seat.

Well I guess you could go with the grey covers, Blue and grey probably was the factory combo.

I only covered the bottom the back may very well have hog rings. Your seats are configured a little different with deep lines so I'm sure that's the reason for the hog rings. I've wrestled with them in the past and it's always fun. Hahah
