Starting to work on no cruse control and no horn. I have read some of the posts on possible problems like the clock spring but I just started off by checking my fuses and #27 was bad, put a new one in turned the key on and trued the horn, no horn and the new fuse was blown. Is fuse #27 connected with the cruse control/horn problem?
