I think that my auto hubs have finally given up. Serviced them once according to Guzzler's guide but now may be the time for after market manual hubs. I have read about the Mile Marker 449SS ... do they fit with out the
"conversion kit"? I don't do any off roading so maybe I don't need Warn Any help here would be appreciated as I am off to the driveway to get my autos
to unlock---hopefully Thanks Joe

 

yes the mile markers fit without the conversion kit. when you install the snap ring you have to bend the clip like a u so the hub stays nice and tight

JUST like Superdutycaler said no conversion kit needed did both sides in 35 mins (I used a bottle jack to raise wheel off ground) I used the spiral snap ring and the regular snap ring together for a nice snug fit (spiral first) then the beautiful SS Allen cap screws to finish. I personally think some grey ATV silicone would be smart to seal the edges.
Now, some where some one said to get the 08 hub caps for a good looking finish as now my original hub caps are WAY TOO DEEP for the Mile Markers, is this true???? Thanks to this forum Joe
