Cam gear?
What year did ford start using the fiber cam gear in the 300's? I keep finding different answers. Just wondering what my 83 has.

I believe it was '84. Most auto parts sites list it as available for the '84, but not the '83.
No real way to know for sure though without pulling your timing cover off. After that, they're easy to identify.
