Bushwacker CutOuts installed 2kF250
If anyone out there is considering the bushwacker cut out fender flares, or wondering how much cutting there is, here are some photos to help you out.
For reference, I have a 10" lift....sitting on 40" toyos on 22s.
cut lines...
Now in the above pics, you will see the cut line on the front bumper.
However, I chose to shim the bumper forward 2.5", using longer Grade 8 bolts and steel block spacers. There is a slight gap now between the bumper and the grill, but the wheel well curve of the bumper fits perfectly with the cuts (without fear of chipping chrome), and I like the more aggressive look of the protruding bumper.
