'79 F-900 with Dana 5-speed oil type???

Folks,

I am working on a 1979 F-900 with a gas 534 and a Dana CM-5252 5speed transmission. Of course the trans is leaking from both ends and I have no documentation for the truck.

Any ideas what lubricant is recommended for this unit? I have had no luck finding a manual for the transmission.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I just happen to have the 1979 Ford Med/Heavy Truck Specifications book right here in front of me:

It reads:
Spicer CM-50 series:
SAE 50 engine oil (above 0 degrees F)
17 pints

Thank you so much sir. It didn't smell like 90w, but I was hoping not to guess.
