Power elbow

Is there benefit to installing a power elbow?

Absolutely none. spend your money on some good upgrades that keep the engine healthy. Gauges, coolant filter, blue spring reg. upgrade. Useful items.

Let me chime in to say that aftermarket air intake systems and the so-called "power elbow" are an absolute waste of money that do absolutely nothing to improve performance. Save your money and enjoy your ride.

What is the power elbow? The only thing that comes to mind is
the intake elbow by the EGR valve. Am I right on that? And no I won't
get one.

Yes, that's the piece that's being referred to, and the the only thing that gets more power from adding this is the seller's bank account--LMAO.
