my 06 escape fan is not working. it will not work on any of the settings. I have tried the fuses, replaced the resistor and got a new blower motor. how do i take off the relay that is behind the **** on the dash?

 

The blower motor relay and its fuse is under the hood. See owners manual.

Fuse F26 in the SJB also has to be good since it supplies the power to energize the relay when the mode switch is turned from the OFF position.
