Rockauto shows this as a radiator for a '97 350 diesel:
RADIATOR CORE SIZE 30 1/4 X 23 9/16 X 1 3/16

Heres some from the oreilly web site.

This one is listed only as "OE Quality" and is made by Murray
Murray Heat Transfer OE Quality Q9413 - Radiator | O'Reilly Auto Parts

This one is also made by Murray, and he core size measures
23-5/8 X 30-1/8 X 2-3/16 Inch

Murray Heat Transfer 431330 - Radiator | O'Reilly Auto Parts

I'd check and see that the measurements your looking for are the core sizes and not the sizes including the tank and stuff. Just a thought, hope it helps.

Remember that you need to measure the core size, not the actual radiator size. The 30x23 is the one you need, but you need to verify if you have the early 95 radiator or the later one. The 94-early 95 models used the IDI radiators. The later ones used an updated version. Hoses are different as are their locations.
