2007 Navigator FPDM

Car lost acceleration and quit coming home from work, the car cranks over but never starts, all fuses check out ok. Did some searching and found out the fuel pump driver module seems to go out fairly often. However I can not seem to find it. I've taken down the spare tire but was unable to locate it.

Any help?
