I found my old up pipes Darin, if yours are bad let me know. Mine aren't to bad, a little grove is all. What do you mean exactly by 'ac wrap'?

Good looking list as well Darin!

Glenn, if you're offering up your old uppipes, I could use them if nobody has claimed them. I'd like to do Bills uppipes as well.

My insulation on the ac up by the firewall is gone, figured I'd replace it. Thanks for the offer on the uppipes Glenn, I'll find out before long how they are.

I ordered some gauges and new vc wiring/gaskets today. I got SD style vc wiring from Clay, its quite a bit cheaper to go this way. I ordered gauges and a 4 pod from glowshift again. I've had good luck with mine so far, so I ordered some more. I got a 4 gauge pod and 5 gauges for 240 ish bucks. I got 100 psi fuel pressure, water temp, oil temp, oil pressure, and air pressure for my on board air. Can't beat that price, and like I said my other ones have worked well so far. I can always upgrade one at a time down the road if I need to, but this is a great price.

I really don't know if I needed 5 more gauges to make 9 total, but I got them. Almost bought a second pyro for the other side. If I do that it will be an autometer from clay to compare. I'll be ordering more from him before I'm through this winter so I'll decide on that later. I have to make room for 4 more gauges already now..

Well Todd, if Darin doesn't want them, they are yours.

I didn't see any Glowshift gauges on Clay's site. I should do that SD uvch mod, I've never been any good at soldering though. Does the pigtail come with the SD uvch?

You have to buy everything seperate through clay. 2 gaskets, 2 uvch, 2 pigtails. It's over 100 bucks cheaper iirc. If you have to replace them you need to solder whichever ones you use so imo it really doesn't matter which way to go. Mike said the wire colors all match, so can't be too bad.

Clay doesn't carry glowshift. They are made overseas somewhere, unfortunately. They are a good starting point for me. They have a 1 yr warranty, and like I said, I will upgrade if/when one quits.

Soldering wire is easy.

1. Strip wire back a 1/4"
2. Interlace wires
3. Hold soldering iron under wire till wire is hot.
4. Still hold iron under wire. Touch solder on top of wire and let it soak in
5. Let cool
6. Heat shrink wires

Sorry Glenn, I can't bring myself to sell something I wouldn't put on my own vehicles. Same reason we don't sell several other products.

Oh, I have a big wish list going there now. I'm glad i haven't pulled the trigger a couple of times now because I keep changing things. I might change the uvch to SD now that Mike has explained soldering. LOL Number 3&4 is where I think I've been screwing up, thanks Mike. If your still here Clay, do you sell everything needed for the OBS to SD uvch mod? In other words, is the plug on both sides included? I don't know what its called, the pigtail?
