Hi everyone,
I'm happy to be a part of FTE and a new chapter member.
I'm Mike from Ravenna, going to school at SDSMT and trying to become an
engineer but we'll see how that goes, and really just one of the average farm
boys that like to build what they drive.
Right now I've more projects than i can handle but can't seam to stop "saving" the classics. Anyway here are a few:
1979 F-150 Super cab - 460, C6, highboy axles, NP205, 42in Swampers -
This ended up being a DD somehow last summer, but have a complete rebuild planned when I finish some other projects. Going to go D60s, 513 stroker, divorced 205, and new body
1976 Highboy getting a DT360 International
Build Thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...t360-swap.html
Then for the one on the back burner
67 f-100 2x4 looking to do a CV swap
65 f-100 2x4 460 classic tuff truck
48 ****** pickup being built using the leftover axles and drivetrain
So I'm happy to be a member and feel free to ask questions I'll do my best to answer.
Thanks Mike.

Well first thing is actually getting it home lol Its been sitting up by Rapid City where i go to school for a couple years now, but probably go with a 70s baja truck build/resto. I bet once i get it tore down i'll get carried away and end up doing an full blown pre-runner or something i can't use haha.

It's 30 miles north of Kearney right off highway 2, and yep I live there during the summer and run the redi-mix company with my dad. So until i get a job somewhere i'm either there or at school.
Here is the 67. I pulled out of the weeds behind my grandparent's farm it is actually pretty straight and rust free.
