But you know what I would really like?
I have this indash head unit.

It's a Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT and you can use it to operate you smart phone.
It would be cool to have an app that lets you plug it into some little box and
show all the info you can get on the smart phone apps on the head unit screen and
let you work with it from the head unit screen. The unit has a USB control line
with a A/V input line. I see not reason that come smart computer programing
person could not make this happen.

Pics and a breif discription are hard to believe, having a video of a 6.0 running and performing these test would be more convincing. Not saying that it can't do the test, but video would be solid proof.

I really lost faith in Pioneer after I got the Avic Z130/bt. New unit and it comes
with 3 year old map data and they want you to pay $200 for the stupid update.
On a NEW unit. I'll get rid of this one and find something else.

I want to go one more step and be able to control the app from the head unit.
I really lost faith in Pioneer after I got the Avic Z130/bt. New unit and it comes
with 3 year old map data and they want you to pay $200 for the stupid update.
On a NEW unit. I'll get rid of this one and find something else.

Is that the firmware or the map data? I have to say I was un-impressed
with the people at the support desk for Pioneer. The people I talked to
rate high on my twit list.
