See if you can find a manufacturer and model on it. In this thread, ND gives info for '61-'62, so the '65 is probably different.

Ford: C4TZ-2005-M ~ Midland-Ross: C-4029-J .. P/B Booster-Diaphragm Type ~ 11.50" diameter ~ Mounted on firewall / Obsolete
GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has (2) C4TZ-2005-M = 800-543-4959. These might be authorized FoMoCo rebuilder rebuilts.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C4TZ-2309-A .. P/B Booster Repair Kit / Obsolete
No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vndor has any.
----------------------------------------------
I have a 1999 edition of GPD's (Genuine Parts Distributor) Rebuilt Parts Catalog.
GPD is the west coast FoMoCo authorized rebuilder, located in the City of Industry CA (LA County-40 miles east of the beach).
They list C4TZ-2005-MX P/B booster. The X refers to rebuilt. Dunno if they still have any 13 years after the fact, but you could call 'em and ask: 800-669-6012.
I used to live in Santa Monica, seconds from the beach. Now I live 40 miles east of the beach in Hacienda Heights, south of and 3 minutes from the City of Industry.

No Ford truck parts catalog listing for a Hydro-Vac (remote mounted booster) for a 1965/66 F500/600 unless they are model 84 Open Drive-Away Chassis & Cowl (no cab, no windshield).
I would think that if the OP has such a thing, he would have said so.

I'm not saying he has Hydro-Vac though. I don't know which he has.

Bottom of same page lists a 12.75" diameter Bendix Hydro-Vac for 1963/70 F500/850 with single hydraulic vacuum brakes. Ford: DOTZ-2005-B (replaced C3TZ-2005-S) / Bendix: 2503258
Since OP hasn't responded in 2 days and was given another source (post 2). I'm not going to look for this booster or its kit unless requested to do so.

We gotta know the symtons. If you have a hard pedal with no assist, before
going crazy go inside pull back the rubber boot and spray in there with pb
blaster or something. We had a lot of trouble with those, there is a sliding
like sleeve in there, actuated by the pedal that tends to get gummy and
stickey , this is what triggers vac. assist. Beleive me we had a fleet of
these, and if you really get stuck - go to a regular master cyl (standard
brakes) and hang a booster in the frame available at Napa. What happens
over time, brake fluid manages to weep in there over time and gets that
white powder stuff we all see on gummed up wheel cylinders.
