I recently have been getting a clicking noise from my transmission when the truck is started...after it warms up it seems to go away...about 3 months ago i replaced the tranny filter and replaced the fluid with new...im not sure what the cause is or what i should do to fix it...i was thinking or changing the fluid again and adding a quart of lucas transmission oil...any ideas would be appreciated...thanks...

noise also sounds like a bad lifter but as far as i can localize sounds like coming from tranny not engine compartment...
