No spark????

Hi all, i my dad just got a '79 bronco with the 351m, he couldn't get it running so i went down yesterday to help hime and narrowed it down to spark issues! So far i have changed out 3 duraspark boxes, 3 coils, verified the rotor is spinning, and still no spark! I checked power with a test light at the coil with the key on i have constant power on the + coil, but i know the - coil should blink on and off as it cranks, any suggestions where to look next? I know the previous owner was having troubles with this thing, prob why he got rid of it!

The ignition module isn't firing the coil, check for continuity on green wire between coil and module.
