ok friend has a 06 250 radiator trans housing broke got water in trans has changed filter and fluid he could i recommended he do it again his complaint is still getting foam i also recommended he have it flushed and the shop said the clutches will be toastr
and reccommend a complete rebuild anyone have any experience with anything simular thanks robert

 

The trans is toast. The glue that holds the clutches to the steel plates is water soluble. The clutch plates themselves are paper and resin, and water will swell them and they will come apart.
