You should only get power for 1 second or so before the computer turns the FP relay off.

Would this cause not getting power to FP? Trucks turns over will not fire.

Will what cause it not to fire?

Have you done any basic tests yet? Does it have spark? Does it fire with starting fluid sprayed down the intake?

If the fuel pumps run when you ground the self test connector, then there is no need to play with the inertia switch.

Does it start up and keep running if you ground the self test connector?
