need parts 1986 efi 302

I posted on this a while back but now have more information I am looking for two electric/ vacuum controls they are on the rt side fender well red power wire feeds into the right (thermactor control ) and over to the egr control solenoid white w blk wire should go tofrom thermactor (tab) to pin 51 on the computer. White w blk should go from egr to pin 11 on the computer. The only way I have to test them is resistance listed in the ford emission manual.
the thermactor control Vacuum line goes from from tab goes to air control valve on back off thermactor pump the egr solenoid goes to the egr valve.
I have been testing everything I can with my hayes manual, My code scanner does not show anything ? bad computer. I t ran ok when I got it but required long warm up to drive. When I checked the egr position sencer it showed a bad Resistance value. I emoved the egr and found movable but clogged with carbon the port into the upper intake was blocked solid. I had removed the throttle body and cleaned carbon from it and that helped. At this point I have the upper intake off to clean the carbon out I found a part numberon the tab and found a part number for the egr solenoid. does anyone have a source for them? Jchoot

Rockauto has the EGR solenoid. It's not cheap, so I would make sure it's bad. The EGR system really won't affect how it runs much as far as I can tell. It's not on at idle, and when you go down the road, if the computer sees it's not working, it may use a little different strategy, but it's hard to notice it. I have heard it will be a little more conservative on the timing if it knows the EGR is not working.

Good question, are you sure these are bad? Are they actuating at idle? Is that the issue, I'm trying to follow the situation here...

Here is a good reference for info and testing etc.
