Just use steel tubing with a couple of loops in it for flexibility! That's what later trucks use! You can wrap tthe tubing around a can or a two inch socket etc... to form the loops!

Now you tell us. I spent days if not weeks looking for the solution. Actually I'm very happy with my Line/hose/line set up and would do it again.

i would have to think that any brake line off american made automobiles would probably work.....the steel braided polaris line looked good to tho.just finishing up swapping 5.0 with auto trans so no more quad parts under my hood.......i think......another odd fact i found out is that the polaris wheels have the same bolt pattern as my 1990 gt mustang

dont remember the year,it was a 4wd,at least a 750...at one time i had a backyard full of junk bikes, atvs as i am the only guy in town who works on them, over the last few years the police have pretty much put a stop to people riding dirt bikes around here, gave my whole junkyard away,i have the least amount of vehicles ive had in 20 yrs or so(1 car,1 truck,1 bike ,and a gocart project i couldnt bear to part with)anyway, the polaris was huge utility type, sportsman maybe?
