Expedition EL Cargo Management System Brackets

I have an '08 Expedition EL, the brackets for the cargo management system shelf / divider are missing. Looks like 4 screw holes would attach each one, but I'm not sure. Does someone know if I can purchase the brackets themselves, maybe through a salvage yard? Ford dealer says only way they can order is by getting the entire interior trim panels, for both sides would run me somewhere between $700-$1,000.

Also, if anyone has access to the service manuals, could you post diagrams / instructions on removal / installation that shows how they actually attach, or how the panels are removed?

Found a picture of what it looks like once they're removed, looks like they just screw into place?

Its more than just those brackets, there are large stamped steel brackets under the panel that end up bolting to the floor - thats what they lock into

Looks like I've got the metal plate behind the panel, hoping I just need the brackets.
