To make your post more readable, use capital letters and punctuation.
Get a Dana 60 for the front. The Sterling 10.25 will be fine in the rear. If you put 39s on it, you're going to need a lower gear ratio if you don't want to lose all the power the truck has. 5.13 gears would probably be best.

The above post.
I hope milauge is of no concern? My 89 Bronco still has the TTB and 8.8 with 40s and stock gears. Straight six motor and carb. One cylinder is barely firing.
It tops off at 60 MPH, speedo tops at 45 and it is fairly slow on acceleration but not terrible really. Goes through town, trails, hills, highway all fine.
With that being said, I don't think you'll need too terribly deep gears. My front axle is holding up good but I bet if I rode it real hard I would break some stuff. Not that fun to daily drive though, but that's cause it hurts jumping in and out of the damn thing.

First of all is it 2wd or 4wd? Converting a 2wd F250/F350 to 4wd is possible but a bit more involved. If it's a 4wd, any front Dana 60 from a 1985-97 F350 will bolt right in with little to no modification. You could probably use a Dana 44 straight axle, but with 39s you will surely be breaking axleshafts and other differential parts... not worth the effort. The factory rear 10.25 Sterling (as said before) will be plenty strong, for gearing I would go with 5.13s or 5.38s.
