I was wondering if the moderators would agree to change the reputation system a little, so that we get less, but they mean more.

There are a lot of times I forget altogether about rep points.
It would be nice if I could have say 10 per week, instead of on a 24 hr period.

Also,
There is times where I want to perscribe more than 1 rep point.

Reducing available rep points would reduce careless use.

 

you do not give one point.
rep points are given as a combination of how many posts you have, and how long you have been a member.
and the reason it is set up the way it is is because there was too much abuse of the rep system going on

 

Geez, just get rid of it.... Does it really matter?
