No not bad depending on how you run it, thats how I have mine. Heres a picture it wasnt a shot of the exhaust but was for the mud covering the truck after a bog but its enough to get an idea of it

Some guys complain about the soot getting all over there rim but Ive never had a problem but then again most guys dont have tires as wide as mine

What type of truck and be more descriptive on running exhaust in your front tire? Also is this a play truck or a dd? I personally would just let it come out in front of rear tire, but after the cab to prevent harmful gases entering passenger compartment.

It's pretty simple the way I have mine. There's a 45* bend under the cab of the truck another stick of pipe and another 45* piece on the end. You don't have to have the piece on the end but it pushes the exhaust away from the tire and straight out of the side if the truck for the most part

EDIT: And no it's not going to hurt anything I've been driving around like this for years

Thats all I have. They are welded 45s I dont know how your skills are or if you could get your hands on flared 45s but that would work too. Give me a few and Ill pull some measurements off my truck if you want your exhaust to come out where mine does so you have a real good idea of what you need for pipe.
You could always have a shop do it too for fairly cheap Im sure. Do you have an aftermarket exhaust? DO you have a muffler on your truck?

From the back side of the transmission crossove to cut is 50". Center of 45 to center of 45 is 35-1/2" that should give you a rough idea of what youll be dealing with. My advice would be to leave everything a little long until final mock up. You will also need to install another hanger just past the first 45* so it doesnt try to droop down on you over time

EDIT: If you have a muffler on your truck be sure to check that the first 50" measurement wont interfear with the muffler at all if it does you might want to do it another way. This is just the way I did it there is no right or wrong way
