is there a way to bi-pass the front tank on a 1994 F-350 w/ 351ci windsor? front tank leaks but when i use rear tank, fuel still flows into front tank.

Yes.. disconnect both fuel lines at the front tank and plug them, you can fabricate plugs from old bolts in a few minutes with a hacksaw and file. You need bolts with at least an inch of smooth shank above the threads and 2 different sizes for send and return lines, I don't remember what size they are now but they are common I know that.. I had no problem digging up a few.
