my truck runs great when you first start it up and for about ten mins after then it starts making a ticking nosie and it barley want to stay running it shakes really bad and has no power when it get warm. i had a scanner on it and #8 injector was bad but i heard that is a common thing when you read the codes
anyone have any segestions???

 

Just saw similar symptoms on a 94.5 that ended up in no start situation once it was warm. New cps cured problem.

 

i was thinking it was the injector sticking when it gets hot but im going to buy the cps ina couple hours and let you know how it works

 

Don't overlook the possibility of a loose UVCH. One or both may have a continuity problem when warm.

 

what the best way to check the uvch i just put a new cps in it it still runs lik crap
