Big Rubbers 4x4 "Spring Thaw" Event - May 18
Hey folks...
Big Rubbers 4x4 is a local off-road group based out of Windber, PA (just outside Johnstown, for those unfamiliar). This is their fourth year of hosting their "Spring Thaw" event, this year on the weekend of May 18.
I've posted the flyer image here for you to check out. They've got a lot going on, with trail runs, an obstacle course, vendors, and a cruise-in event among others.
The invitation is extended to anyone who wants to come and be a part of the event. Camping is available, and you can come to trail ride, or just for the cruise in event and check out the scene. If you're interested, let us know here in this thread - we'd love to see a good Ford truck turnout!

Howdy,
I met some of you at the March GTG. I bragged up the event a lil there, the official flyer is below. So yall wanna make this a May GTG? if so, we could set aside space so all the PA chapter could park together and other FTE chapters as well. Either way, I hope to see unz guys there and feel free to ask me any questions. I'm no expert at setting these things up and I'm always open to suggestions.

Thanks for posting the official flyer Jason - I posted what you sent me previously since it's what I had just to get the topic going.
I'd be game for making this the May GTG event if anyone else is down. I'll try to get the ball rolling in that regard. No need to separate the chapters, as we open it up to anyone who wants to make the drive to an event.
For the cruise-in, where do you park vehicles at Windber Stadium? I know the obstacle course is usually off to the right of the entrance...

I know that there is a banner from Carlisle, but not sure if Scott's got that stored somewhere or if someone else does. It's pretty long, but there's plenty of fence to put it on I would think if we choose to use it. In my garage I have a Ford trucks flag (not site sponsored) and a base that fits inside the tailgate of mine that I would likely put on the truck that day (yes, the black one is fully driveable now!) also.
