Knuckle and brakes help!

I'm using a narrowed 1978 F250 Dana 44 in the front of my Jeep.
I am converting it to 1/2 ton brakes so I can use the 5 on 5.5 wheel pattern.
I have everything from brakes out from the 1/2 ton truck, but I still have the F250 knuckle as I haven't found the smaller knuckles yet.
Can I use the 1/2 ton outers with the 3/4 ton knuckles?

I don't think this is possible. I have a 79 f-250 and I know for sure that the spindles, hubs, and brakes/brackets are totally different. I think you would be time, money, and aggrevation ahead to just buy either adapter spacers or just buy 8-hole rims
