Is there a way to check to see when the last time the nav system was upgraded?

I just looked through the manual, and it has a phone number to order an upgrade disc, but is there any button that will tell me when or what version of the navigation I currently have?

OH, I would also like to know if there is a way to change the display settings? My both my wife and I would like to make the clock numbers on the display bigger!

Nevermind it's an 08 correct ?


Press the "MENU" button then press the "SYSTEM INFO" tab on the display screen.

Towards the bottom right it should have "MAP DVD" right above the "ACCESS NAVIGATION DVD" tab.


As for adjusting the "size" of the clock I dont believe thats even an option. It's either clock or date displayed.

Looks like you and I replied at the same time last night.

Check your NAV unit and post back what version you have. It should be at the very least 4P if it's never been updated. I run 8P and have no intention of updating in the near future as most of the roads around me haven't changed.

Looks like (if I understood how to reach and read it) the last update was 7P so that shouldn't be too far off ?
