Need Help!

Hello neighbor FTE's I'm in dire need of help Im in Lenexa, ks and my 7.3 is throwing the p1316 code I have no tools to do the 50 cent mod with me. I need either a good mechanic or willing to pay a member here to help me do it!
Anything is appreciated!

I am in the area what is the mod I have a 7.3 but it aint a powderstroke so no computer issues to deal with lol
