Tail lights, Running Lights, Dash Lights NOT WORKING
I will go into as much Detail as possible,
My truck: 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4, 7.3L Diesel XLT 180xxx miles
Randomly all my orange running lights, tail lights and my dash lights quit working.
All my instruments on my dash are working (Speedometer, oil, fuel, Rpm,) however the lights dont work. The small lights work ( cruise, emergency brake, blinkers, hazard lights)
The tail lights are not coming on
The running lights do not come on
the headlights DO WORK and blinkers DO WORK and the Brake lights DO WORK
I have checked the Fuses under the dash and they all seem to be good.
I have changed the Head light and dimmer switch and that did not fix the problems.
I am baffled, I do not know what else to do.
Someone please help!!

Check your wiring to your trailer light plug. I had a similar problem on a '99 F-350. I checked everything as you did and ended up replacing the wiring and plug on the bumper and in the bed for the gooseneck hookup. Look for rusty/corroded wires around the spare tire or rust on the pins of your trailer light hookup.

There is a set of relays (sometimes unused) located under your hood, on the drivers side that you might want to check as well. I believe one of them has something to do with trailer lights. If there is a short somewhere, it may effect your dash lights and tail lights. When I rewired my truck, my dash and tail lights worked again.

I had the same problem but my fuse was blowing and i found out tit was the headlight dash dimmer switch next to the steering wheel on the dash. Our manual tells us the location of the fuse but i cant remember check your manual to see what fuse powers those lights and it will more than likley be blown. Its one of the fuses under the hood so dont even worry about the ones in the dash. Good luck.

Again make sure you check under the hood im 100% its located under there. If you already replaced the headlight switch that turns them on and off once you replace that fuse you should be good to go. If the fuse blows again then you have a short somewhere else like the trailer light plug wires.
