Help identifying a vehicle? E100? What year?

Not sure what this is at all, but would love input from peole in the know.
Please have a look and let me know if you can help identify this vehicle. I am pretty sure it's an A or and E 100. Don't know anything else after that. Would love to know the approximate year, etc.

I don't own it, just saw it and think that its really groovy.

Thanks FTE.

It is an early Econoline pickup, 63 or later as it appears to have amber signal lights. That body with the mid engine ceased production in 1967.

Yes, that is a Ford E100 pickup.

If the front bumper has four bolt heads across the front of it, then it is probably a 1963-1964. If two bumper bolt heads are on the front and two bumper bolt heads are on top of the bumper, then it is a 1965-1967. That's hard to tell from the picture.
