Just tested the TPS with my multimeter and it seemed alright. No sudden voltage drops or changes through the sweep. Next, I'll hunt down those grounds to clean up and pick up a new IAC valve since they're relatively cheap. Thinking I'll pull the throttle bodies and clean them up + put a new gasket in while I'm at it.

That failing ECM thread is a bit concerning o_o

Replaced IAC unit as well as throttle body gasket and it made a big difference. The throttle body gasket had been partially sucked in as per the ford technical service bulletin described. Major improvement!

Awesome- thanks for the follow up. I just tested, replaced, and tested again my whole vacuum tree. Still have the 327 and 332 codes. Will try the TB gasket and EGR Solenoid next, but the vacuum plumbing yielded a nice improvement.

Thanks again!

Hello,

so the 'ball' will stay within the tube and not interfere with the throttle body?

Thanks
