1964 F100 short Styleside

Does anyone no if patch panels are built for the 1964 Styleside bed floor I have a few areas that have some rust on them I would like to weld some pieces in or may have to fabricate some if I cannot find them. Some reason parts for a 64 are a little harder to come across.

Find a wrecked bed that has the good sections you need. Cut your own panels out of it. Bet you can find one cheap.

Same 6 1/2' & 8' Styleside Beds: 1964/66 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100 4WD

No one (so far) offers patch panels or bed floors for these trucks.

Parts availability

Number your wisdom and knowledge on automotive parts is unbelievable, I want to ask you a question about the 1964 Styleside pickup, it seems like the parts for this year truck is very limited is it because of the demand I dont know, being in the automobile tire business myself for 35 years, started when I was 15. I understand supply and demand and I assume this is the reason for the low production of parts for these trucks, It happens in tires also some sizes you cant get and it is because of demand . Thanks David

48 years have passed by, genuine Ford parts that were plentiful once, have also passed by.

Repro parts available, but some stuff like mechanical/body parts not repro'd, can be hard to find, especially if the trucks are located where rust is prevelant.

There are some NOS parts available, but limited to mechanical parts, things like park/taillamp lenses that are also repopped.

Collectors today, for the most part, would rather buy cheap made in China repro parts than NOS parts.
