comp cams 31-255-5 question. need help

hello guys, so ive just dropped comps 31-255-5 into my trucks engine. i have also installed the hydraulic lifters and a new timing chain. my question is, am i ok with just replacing the hydraulic lifters with the new cam? meaning can i use the stock rocker arms and valve springs?
any advice would be much appreciated

Yes no problem with stock pushrods, rockers, and valve springs with that cam. Be sure to use all the breakin fluid and grease supplied with the cam and also some zinc additive to the oil if possible.
