Got my schedule today and scrolled down to next Wednesday and noticed that I am scheduled for a meeting with the owner, my boss and the install project manager. They think they can convince me to stay. Maybe act like they are willing to entertain any ideas I have that will make things better. Unfortunate for them, I know it's just another move in a chess game that I am six moves ahead.
On a side note, another co worker called me tonight to let me know he is quitting tomorrow. That will be six employees gone in the last two months.

I once thought that too. She has worked there for 15 years. Numerous techs have gone to the owner and told him the issues we have and he still believes and trusts her over all the evidence given.
I finally realized this after pouring my heart out to the owner's wife(human resources manager ) and she said just give her time. That was two months ago. The owner said be patient, things are going to change. That was over a year ago.

The Superduty leaves around Noon on Saturday, stops in Kentucky Saturday night, stays Sunday, leaves 6am Monday for The Villages, FL where it will drop off a little British car, pick up another one, drive to Tampa, hang out for a day, then head for North Carolina drop off little car, spend Turkey day with brother in NC, then head back for Alto. I think I can do that on one tank, yes?
