That is what I'm facing in the face right now. I'm researching this out. I even started a poll in the dentside forum as to what I should do (No clear majority though ) . It sucks that there isn't any resources out there for this swap. I guess I can do a world first...

yeah, you'll be the guinea pig! Hey, don't feel bad. I'm going to try and put a dentside dash into my bumpside cab ( I want the AC vents in the dash), and from what I can tell, I'm the first one to try this. So, we can suffer together!!LOL

I'm sure that a dentside dash will fit in your bumpside (I've seen the opposite happen here in the forums). I've been getting inspiration for the build from some a bunch of places (internet & tv being the main sources). I just don't want to fail on Rustoleum...

Well, is there a shop there that could build the mounts for you if you needed it?

There might be a 4x4 shop around the Fort Wayne area that might be able to do this. But, it ain't (well... the majority of it) my money that is building this truck [my mom's funding this because she wants a plow truck (what do you know... my truck has a plow setup )].

Well, just to get the mounts done shouldn't be all that much. Besides, it's for a good cause!LOL

You too also.

I have a question for ya... I noticed you have a V10 Super Duty. How well do you like it ? (In case you didn't read the past few BS posts... I've been thinking about a mod V10 (or V8) swap in Rustoleum). Would you recommend buying a truck with that engine ?

Oh... ok so it it is like a 460... . Hmmm... I'll still consider it though (depending on what the junkyard has for mod motors [along with its running equipment]) with less weight should I chose to go along with the swap.

On a slightly separate subject... Pat. If you're trying to save some money on your F100 you might want to use the EFI that came with the parts F250 351W you bought. It is wayyyyyy cheaper than the aftermarket EFI setups (I looked into it for my 400).
