A very cool "born again" video. The second coming of Mater, and Mater really looks great.

Very cool Brother! Great message and a great re-born truck! My wife teaches preschool and in the fall she uses the Monarch butterfly to teach the beauty and wonder of God's creation. We go out and get milkweed plants with Monarch eggs on them. The kids watch them hatch into little caterpillars, turn into big caterpillars, turn into the chrysalis, and then become a butterfly!

real neat!

I myself am a new creation, and think your comparison of the catapiller and the truck was a very unique way of explaining a very imprtant point. Nicely done.

I have a lesson for kids club - I start with photos of cars at You-pick-it and talk about my love of fixing old cars (and trucks). Most of the cars at my you-pick-it are not wrecks - just kinda old and worn out and the ones that haven't been pick over much look as nice as what I drive. So you ask what's the lesson? Obviously someone didn't think the car was worth repairing. And obviously the car can't fix itself. But if someone loved that car, and gave it some new parts it would be useful again. You could almost call it born again. Works for people too and all we need to do is be willing to let our creator fix us up.
