You should be able to hear that turbo really sing. You might need exhaust to get the flow you really are after.
Did you do the zoodad mod?

Just change the muffler bearings to the 3" free flow type. That'll get him through until he can get a new system.....

To get that big truck whistle out of the turbo, you have to put a can of big truck turbo oil in the whistle spout. Don't spill any tho, it will make your belts squeal
