Painting interior

I'm wanting to go about paint my dash and glove box and all that's stuff buy how and what do I need to use and do as far as prepping and what kinda of paint I news to use

A -really- good cleaner/degreaser, paint preparation solution (a sort of cleaner itself), wet/dry fine grit sand paper and finally material appropriate paint ("Fusion" paint comes to mind, but there are better options for specifically automotive interiors).

BTW, theres is a sub-forum specifically for paint/body here.
