Hey guys! Just curious if any of you folks got any wind damage or snow, or perhaps both. I know the Eastern part of the state got snow, how much? We haven't had any damage. Some gusts of wind that was pretty strong, but no damage.
We didn't get snow this far West (Mt. Sterling area) but we got plenty of wind.
We are still replacing roofs from the storm back in March. The roof contractor had a temporary cap (15# felt) on our main storage building, that now has over 200 wet tents, and probably around 100 wet mattresses in it. It's going to be a long week.

Not a thing in my area John. It is just cold and damp. Got some bad news. Due to the financial bind I am in, I had to sell my truck. I got burned, but I needed the cash. I can always buy another and start over.

Looks like Ken will be busy for a while. I know about the damage back in March and that mess is still being cleaned up. The last time I was through West Liberty it looked a lot better, but still had a long way to go.
Paul, glad to hear from you! It's been a while. Sorry to hear about selling your truck. I can't believe you didn't get any snow! Beckley got 2 feet or more I heard. I know you're closer to Charleston, but I thought they would have gotten some too. Yesterday I was down in Tennessee and saw some snow on the higher mountain tops, and then I went to Middlesboro, KY and there was some snow on those mountain tops too.
We just got the rain up here, but my folks live close to Cave Run Lake. They woke up one morning and the ground was white, but it melted off pretty quickly. Don't think they had any wind damage at all. They just finished replacing all of their roofs from the storm back in March.
