New injector nozzels
So I have a set of 6.4 injectors laying around. I was thinking about putting a set of larger warren nozzels on them. looks like the three options for nozzels are 30% 60% and 100%. I know my truck isnt built to handle 100% nozzels, but my question is will the truck handle 30 or 60 nozzels without having to upgrade anything (like trans) has anyone upgraded nozzels ? or know anyone who has? if so what were your experiences? for the record i have an s&b intake, a 4" flo-pro exhaust and a H&S Black Maxx

With all the different companies rating their nozzles different, its hard to get an idea of what is what. If you are thinking about doing nozzles, you need to start kicking around the idea of upgrading the stock HPFP to keep up with them. Not a lot of reliable options for a single upgraded HPFP option for the 6.4's. THe most relialbe setup right now are duel fueler kits with twin stock K-16 Siemens pumps or a kit with a Bosch CP3 off an LBZ Duramax.

With semies and more larger engine using common rail, I don't know why we can't find a single larger pump.....

River City Diesel offers a kit to run different brand pumps. Another guy has been doing this awhile also.
