I have a 99 XLT with a gray interior and i am really happy with the dash. My grandpa has a 2006 Lariat with the built in upfitter switches, brake controller, extra glovebox, ect.
Most of the inside is the same between 99-2007, so i was wondering if i could simply switch out the lower right panel of the dash? thats the only one i care about. Everyingthing else is fine. I would just really like to have the switches and brake controller built in.

If anyone one has done this, and if you have pictures, that would be greatly appreciated. If anyone is confused as to what i mean, i can post pictures of what i want.

Didn't read all of the link posted so I'm not sure if it's in there or not. I don't think you'll be able to add the brake controller since it's tied in with the PCM. It can be added for 2005 and up trucks but you have to get a new master cylinder and have a dealership enable it in the computer parameters.

Good write up, but it seems like all he did was put a switch panel in his truck. I want the whole lower dash
