Hello
I'm brand new to this forum, as we've just bought our first vehicle... A 1997 Ford Explorer. Was love at first sight. =) We just got the vehicle yesterday, and noticed that the rear passenger door won't lock. The **** of the lock is snapped off at the top, and when we press the auto lock/unlock the **** does go up and down. But when it's 'locked' we can still open the door. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this is an easy fix or not? We spent a little more money on the Explorer than we had budgeted so I really don't have the extra money to bring it in already. Thanks!!

 

Oo maybe i lied. I just double checked and the lock kn ob thing does not move when i hit auto lock or unlock
