1960 crew cab

this is my buddies crew cab he just got home he is going to restore, it was used in flagstaff as a forest service truck and he traded one of his hudsons for it, i thought it was cool enough for some of you guys to see. these are just some pictures i have of it outside his house with some of his cars. oh and thats an extra bed strapped onto the bottom one in case you were wondering about it.

Very nice. Looks like a solid resto canidate. These crews are usually fairly beat due to their intended use.

If he looks on the rear seat frame he should find a build tag from the coach builder- probably Orville Metal Specialties.

I have a 1960 crew myself but it's a stylside and sits on a 77 4x4 chassis with a cummins 12valve- no longer a resto canidate!

I'd live to have a cc that vintage and it looks like a nice one.
I can't help but wonder how neighbors in a nice neighborhood like that feel about a guy who loads up the street with project cars.

I wish my neighbors had stuff that cool parked in front of their houses! Very nice CC, and a flareside to boot. Well worth a Hudson!

What year/model was the traded Hudson? If it was a 1954 Wasp Convertible, that's a rarer vehicle than any Ford Crew Cab, would bring 5 times the money.

If it was an Italia, it would be worth more than the house, all the pictured vehicles combined, plus another 100 grand EZ.

The Sedanet parked in the driveway is probably a 1949/52 Chevy, but it could also be a 1949/52 Pontiac or 1949/50 Olds.

Is that a '42 Plymouth or '42 Hudson parked in front of the Crew Cab? Both look so much alike, you'd think they were kissin' cousins.

Its a 50 Chevy, 42 Plymouth, you should see his backyard bunch of f100's, 54 caddy, vw fastback 3 vw bugs. His HOA hates him
