Faint Oil Residue on ICP

If I have a faint oil residue on the icp but all pins and such look nice and shiny is it still good or is the very very light oil residue mean its bad? Info on all these sensors is not my forte. Help would be appreciated. The truck decided to do this hickup and rmp jump all over and die but start right back up but did it immediately again until i got it on the road and put the hammer down trying to bring it out of it. I got a P1280 code and a P0603 which is just from the junk 1705 superchip.

I would say that the ICP is in the beginning of failure. The way it acts I would guess is the CPS.

I would dry the sensor out good and see if the residue comes back. It could just be some oil that seeped in from outside the plug.
