05 f350 HPOP failure

When I was driving I pulled up to stop sign and truck just stopped, it would crank but wouldn't fire fire, had it towed. They are saying they need to take it apart to check HPOP their not sure if thats the problem. Also in doing that can the Head Studs be replaced at that time to save on labor?
