Congrats on the new truck
If I were you I would drive it for a few thousand miles before you do that
The 6.7 engine has a ton of power after driving it you might not feel the need to do any of those mods
Alos as has been talked about if you do those mods you wont have a warranty
Also another good reason to put some miles on it to work out any bugs it might have
Good luck...

I too tuned every one of my last 4 or 5 cars/trucks.... even the wife's current 2011 Audi Q5 turbo
and even though towing the HEAVY 5er in my avatar for about 30% of the miles on it, I've not tuned this 6.7 yet....
dunno if I'm just getting old or the truck is enough truck !
I will say though, that I've researched and planned what I'll do when it's out of warranty !!!

Some of the aftermarket companies have been scared into maintaining compliance with emission. Companies like Edge Products for example don't support deleting the DPF or SCR. They do offer some enhanced power. But are limited to what they can boost and still work with all the emissions in place and functioning. Maybe I shouldn't use the word scared. I don't know why they chose the market they are selling to. But their products for the 6.7L maintain the use of DEF, EGR and DPF
Other companies like H&S have taken the opposite approach and are designed to delete the emissions provide higher power with no DEF, EGR or regens.
Most folks going for the added power are following this course of products. For me it's not practical, Since I have to take my truck in for safety and emission testing for it's annual renewal. In the old days, I would just reprogram the truck to stock, go renew and then reprogram to the level I wanted to run ( usually towing). With todays truck, it would require re-installing the emission equipment then going in for the inspection and then removing it all after the test. Not worth the headache.

H&S seems to be the front runner for 6.7 tuning. The only other option I see is spartan. But there are way more poeple around with H&S.
I am very happy with H&S. I have been tuned and deleted for 65,000 kM, almost 2 years. Lots of great information on H&S web site.
No inspections here.....
Returning to stock is not an option for me. I threw out the whole stock exhaust and EGR cooler. My dealer is failry tuner friendly, I have gotten water pump, alternator and new PCM all on warranty with the truck brought in tuned and deleted. **Results may vary**.
But I realize that if I had a major failure I would be out of pocket for it.
Ya the stock 400/800 at the motor is good but I like H&S's 497/1004 at the rear wheels
If you don't mind giving up your warranty............DO IT
