Lost vacum on 4wd

Hello,

About a month ago I serviced both hubs using the instructions from Guzzle. Greased the hub through the ABS sensor, did the needle bearings, serviced the lockouts, replaced the orings as instructed, turned the rotors, new pads and all went well! Until...

Tested the 4wd from the dash selector all was well. Elk hunting a couple weeks ago, hit the dash swith and no assistance from the front.

Where is the most likely culprit for what I assume is a loss of vacum somewhere?

Thanks,
Wink

If it is a vacuum leak the HVAC will default to defrost. Is this happening?

If you manually turn the hubs to LOCK do you have 4WD?
If you do then the transfer shift motor is engaging front drive.
If not than it is a transfer case shift problem.

Can you hear your vacuum pump running when you turn your key to the on position?

It was defaulting to defrost. Looked again at the vacuum lines and right side was almost off at the fender well. Thanks for the help!

If you have the factory lines on then I would change them out with some fuel line because the factory ones get soft and start withering away.
