All these code showed up with chip in and out
The scanner that was used was a OTC scanner determintor
Keep in mind this motor and tranny are out of another truck and that this truck is pretty customized I just want to figure out what is a real problem or not. Clear the codes and drive the truck for a while, then check to see what codes comes back.

Ford has some exclusive codes... your reader might be seeing a code for something else and translating it weird. You might have a custom PCM in there to deal with the custom motor. Basically, you're in the tall weeds without more input from the PO. I'd try to find somebody nearby with AE and see if you can parse some of this out with a known good engine analyzer. If you have the green, it's not a bad idea to have your own AE while trying to deal with a heavily modified truck. You'll see a link for it in my signature, I bought mine at Riffraff Diesel - you might even find some of his (Clay's) stuff under the hood.

Is the PCM out of the donor truck? Sounds like it may not be compatible with your truck.

P1139 would be due to unplugged fuel heater/water-in-fuel sensor, which is typically the first thing I do to a PSD...

P0603 is common for some chips/programmers

The other issues could be related to a missing or poor ground somewhere. Like Tugly said, get ahold of a scan tool that can run the on-board diagnostics and see what ya come up with.

Keep us posted!

Pull the battery cables and clean the connections. Both ends. Clean any grounds you can find. Check the battery voltage. I have found long list of unrelated codes are usually do to dirty connections or low voltage.

There are (2) grounds from batts to lower engine block and a couple from batts to fender as well as one from engine to firewall on passenger-side.

Also, check ALL of your fuses if ya haven't yet...... Use a MM or a test lite and verify there is power on both sides of each fuse - using the little metal tab exposed on the top of fuses.

You mentioned that the motor and tranny are from another truck so there's a chance during the swap, a ground was not reinstalled. I chased this issue on my old mustangs plenty of times over the years.
